Content of the landing page
Prohibited optimisation techniques
The landing page of the ad can be rejected if it contains banned optimisation techniques, especially Cloaking, Doorway, Mirror, misleading redirects or the landing page is a webspam (in czech only).
Insufficient information
- We do not allow pages that do not provide sufficient information about the product or service being promoted. Providing more information on a product being promoted must not be conditional on the submission of personal information (usually, but not exclusively, websites offering advice, weight loss, work from home, loans or IQ tests).
- Advertisements for sites that do not contain legal information about the operator are prohibited.
- Self-employed individual:
- Name and surname
- Identification number
- Place of business
- Data on entry in the Trade Register
- A self-employed person entered in the Commercial Register shall also include data on this entry, including the section and file
- Legal entity
- Company name
- Identification number
- Registered address
- Data on entry in the Commercial Register, including section and file
- Self-employed individual:
Target URL
- The target URL must be functional and in compliance with Czech law and the Czech Constitution.
- The target website must contain a visible link pointing to the homepage located on the same domain. The content of the homepage must be related to the target website.
- Destination URL must not contain commercial, editorial, or PR article from any other website provider other than the advertiser's own website.
- Single page, one page or microsite acting as a destination URL, which is an addition or preview to main web presentation of proposal of products or services of advertiser, are allowed. Usually they are on the same domain or they refer to main website of advertiser.
- It is also possible to target a PR article which client has published on websites operated by company Seznam.cz. For example Novinky.cz , Super.cz , Sport.cz a ProŽeny.cz
Protection of personal data
Sites must have clearly defined policies for the protection of personal data. If a user is prompted to provide personal information on the landing page, it must be clear how the information will then be handled.
