Betting and lotteries

Betting and lottery advertising is possible only on the basis of a documented valid licence to operate these games in the Czech Republic. In this case, please call the info line at 234 694 200 with a request to be assigned an Account Manager who will arrange this matter with you.

When creating an account, you will need to submit:

• The name of the account from which advertising will be conducted.
• A list of websites intended for promotion.
• The number, scope and validity of the licence.
• A copy of a valid licence to operate lotteries and other similar games.
• Registration on the website of the Ministry of Finance mfcr.cz from the current list of lottery and betting operators valid on the given day.

The content of the ad must comply with the terms of the Gaming Licence and the relevant legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

Betting and lotteries native ads are not possible to advertise through RTB.

In the event of a change or termination of the Gaming Licence, the Advertiser is obliged to inform Seznam.cz in writing of this fact and modify the content of the advertisement accordingly or suspend the advertisement.
