Seznam.cz, a.s. reserves the right to display users an information on which Retargeting user lists are listed, along with the appropriate domain name. The advertiser has no right to change or hide this notice.

Restrictions

Interest-based advertising must not allow the user to be identified on the basis of personal data or collect such data.

The advertiser's privacy policy must include information about the use of interest-based advertising.

Using interest-based advertising such as Retargeting for promoting of erotic services (dating, live chat, erotic massages, tantra massages), pornography, materials and, in general, any goods related to erotic and sex is strictly prohibited.

Advertising stylization

Furthermore, when creating ads, it is necessary to pay attention to their stylization. User may not get the impression (especially text), of the ad that the advertiser collects data about the following categories that are considered sensitive:

Using retargeting code

The code can only be used on websites managed by the account owner for whom the code was generated. In case of using the code on the website without the knowledge of its provider about its presence and / or its functionality, the advertisement will be blocked..
