- Advertisements for firearms and ammunition are prohibited pursuant to Act No. 40/1995 Coll. on the regulation of advertising.
- Ads are permitted for weapons and their accessories that do not require registration – paintball, airsoft, deactivated weapons, historical weapons, gas and others pursuant to Section 7 of the Weapons Act. The type of weapon or its categorisation must be clearly stated in the advertisement. (E.g. a Tippmann TMC paintball weapon, Tippmann TMC for paintball, category D weapon, Hatsan air rifle, deactivated weapon, historical weapon.)
