Arms
- In accordance with Act No. 40/1995 Coll., advertising of firearms and ammunition is not permitted, i.e. of firearms as defined by Act No. 90/2024 Coll. and ammunition intended for them.
- Advertising is permitted only for weapons that fall under categories PO and NO and are not firearms (and for accessories to such weapons), for example paintball guns, airsoft guns, historical gas weapons and other gas weapons, or weapons that are permanently deactivated (permanently and irreversibly inoperable, e.g. welded, filled, cut, partial remains, etc.).
- The type of weapon and its legal classification must always be clearly and unambiguously stated in the advertising message, as well as any age or other statutory restrictions required for the acquisition of such a weapon (e.g. “Tippmann TMC paintball gun”, “airsoft gun, NO category (not subject to notification)”, “Hatsan air rifle – NO category weapon”, “deactivated weapon under the law”, “historical weapon – NO category”).
